Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed stored on the floor of the walk in cooler, water on the floor of the back dock and water on floor in the emergency storage area. PIC moved to eggs on to a shelf and had the water transferred to a pallet.
Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed that ventilation system for the kitchen was out of order. EHS asked for the work order and was not provided one. CA.- PIC 2 will ensure that a/c for the kitchen is repaired.

Food separated and protected — Inspector Note: Observed raw frozen seafood stored above ice cream in the walk in freezer. PIC had her employees reorganize the shelves.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed a black mold Ike substance on the baffle of the ice machine. PIC had teh ice discarded then machine was cleaned and sanitized.
