Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used โ€” Inspector Note: Observed cleaning chemicals including bleach sitting next to food utensils over the 3 compartment sink. I advised the PIC to store the chemicals far away from food and utensils and he did. 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - Storage, Separation (P) (c) Storage, Separation.
