Sanitizer container in 3 comp sink was observed empty. (8) Sanitization of Equipment and Utensils. (a) Before Use After Cleaning. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be sanitized before use after cleaning. CA: PIC replaced the empty container of sanitizer with a new container.
