Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed the establishment failed to post their most current score on the drive through window. CA: PIC as advised to post the score in the window. Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information.

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed heavy gnat activity near front food service station and in the back room near computer. Advised manager to contact pest control and minimize excessive standing water and old food debris.

Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: During the inspection EHS observed the handwashing sink in the back room near the ice machine failed to operate with hot water. The handwashing sink would not turn on when the hot water knob was turned on. The handwashing sink did produce water when the cold water knob was turn on.
