Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed several cases of expired soda on the soda lines and stored in the dry storage area. PIC discarded these cases of soda.

Food stored covered — Inspector Note: Observed several trays of uncovered chicken wings and fries in the walk in fridge. EHS also observed a tray of Texas toast uncovered above a pizza oven. PIC had the food transferred to covered containers and discarded that tray of toast.
