Garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained — Inspector Note: Observed garbage disposal area with heavy accumulation of debris and not maintained well. CA advised PIC to clean and maintain garbage storage area in order to prevent pest / rodents and keep and overall sanitary state.

Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed TCS foods stored in prep top coolers in the main kitchen and front food service area above 41 degrees internal temperatures. CA PIC voluntarily discarded affected foods during inspection. Instructed PIC to have maintenance look at the prep top coolers so they can maintain 41 degrees or below and to have routine temperature checks for them.
