Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed the front service cooler unable to maintain foods at 41°F or below. COS: PIC voluntarily discarded the milk stored in the cooler. EHS advised PIC to discontinue use of the unit for TCS foods until repaired and to use a properly functioning cooler capable of maintaining foods at 41°F or below.
