Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed failure to label several squeeze bottles and food containers in the main kitchen. COS: Manger placed labels on on all bottles and containers in the kitchen. Food Storage Containers, Identified with Common Name of Food. Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food.

Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed in the main kitchen the scooper resting inside of the flower with the handle saturated with flower. COS: PIC removed the scooper from the flower and had it cleaned

CA: PIC was advised to no longer use the ice in that machine and to melt the existing ice. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
