COS: PIC applied labels to all items that were lacking labels to identify the food. Food Storage Containers, Identified with Common Name of Food.

Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: During routine inspection observed raw frozen meats stored on floor in walk-in cooler. COS: PIC replaced the food on the shelving. food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food 6 inches off of floor. Advised manager to obtain rack.

CA: Advised PIC to figure out dishwasher's cleaning method (Hand washing was recommended) and provided PIC with cleaning, sanitize and disinfecting with bleach infographic as temporary solution until dishwasher is serviced (via email).

CA: Advised PIC to remove the foil acting as a surface. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.
