Food obtained from approved source — Inspector Note: Observed eggs with a wrinkled shelled in the walk in cooler of the facility. PIC explained that he received them from metro chef in Duluth, Ga. However, he couldn’t provide an invoice or receipt for the purchase of the eggs. PIC discarded the eggs.

Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed several working containers of sauces throughout the kitchen that were not labeled. CA - PIC will ensure that all sauces and seasonings are labeled.
