Observed prep top units holding Buffalo Chicken Dip (43), Crab Artichoke Dip (45), Italian Sausage (42), Shredded Cheese (43), diced tomatoes (47), and Spicy Yogurt (57) above 41F. Observed another prep top unit holding slaw (67), parmesan (58), and ranch dressing (58). Also, observed RIC with raw chicken (57) and goat cheese crema (60). CA: Advised PIC to ensure cold holding units and TCS food enclosed are stored at 41F or below.
