Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Mops were observed store on the floor not hung to air dry. CA PIC was instructed to hang mops to air dry after use and store them off the floor in a manner that prevents contamination and allows proper drying.

Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed expired food service permit posted. Post the permit in a location in the food service establishment that is conspicuous to consumers. Legal notice administered. Pay all past due fees within 3 business days.

Item 15A Good Retail Practice

Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed tinfoil used to line bottom shelves in two different locations. Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be made of materials that do not allow the migration of deleterious substances or impart colors, odors, or tastes to food and under normal use conditions, and shall be: P safe P, durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent. In addition, materials shall be sufficient in weight and thickness to withstand repeated warewashing and shall be finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface. Materials shall be resistant to pitting, chipping, crazing, scratching, scoring, distortion and decomposition. Educated PIC on proper material and advised removing tinfoil.
