Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed 3 large containers of raw chicken holding at 44F in walk in cooler. Must cold hold 41F or colder. Per manager, chicken was prepped less than 2 hours ago. Manager turned down temperature and will move chicken to shallow pans.
Adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used — Inspector Note: Observed employee personal food stored with consumer product in WIC. PIC moved employee food to designated area. Reference 511-6-1.07(4)(b) - Designated Areas for Employee Activity, located to prevent contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, & single service articles (C) (b) Designated Areas for Employee Activity. 1. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, use tobacco products and electronic devices shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination.

COS-PIC labeled chemical bottle with the common name of product.
