Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed several flies in the main kitchen area. CA advised PIC to eliminate flies through pest control measures and to ensure all barriers are closed and maintained in order to prevent attracting pest.
Management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting — Inspector Note: Observed no employee health agreement forms in the facility at time of the inspection. The permit holder shall require food employees and conditional employees to report to the CFSM and person in charge, information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food.
