Corrective action - PIC advised to perform detailed cleaning on floors in facility. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.

Proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use — Inspector Note: Observed employees’ personal food on prep table while broccoli was being chopped for use in the establishment. PIC reported that they were having lunch. Corrected on site - food relocated away from food service items. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas.
