Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed broken air curtains on the walk in cooler door. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements. PIC shall have the air curtains replaced.

Item 15C Good Retail Practice

Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed debris and food buildup inside warmer cabinets/ovens, on the doors of the RIC and on the containers the hold flower. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will have NFC surfaces cleaned.

Food in good condition, safe, and unadulterated — Inspector Note: During the routine inspection EHS observed several dented cans in the main kitchens dry storage area(rooms 1&2). Package Integrity. Food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants CA: advised PIC to be sure to inspect the can goods that are received and to separate any damaged cans from the can goods in good, ideal condition.

Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: During the routine inspection EHS observed the ice machine baffle needed to be clean and sanitized as their was presence of black and pink slime on it. CA: advised PIC to discard the ice in the machine and have the machine clean and sanitized. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch
