Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed three buttermilks with the best by dates 4/17, 4/23, and 5/2 in the coolers. Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed gnats in the bar area, around the kitchen and in the cafe area. CA- gnats shall be controlled. I also observed standing water behind the chemicals for the dish machine which can contribute to the gnats. 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - Controlling Pests (Pf, C) (k) Controlling Pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to minimize their presence on the premises by: 1. Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of food and supplies; 2.
