Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; Pf PIC added paper towels to dispenser.
Food properly labeled; original container — Inspector Note: Observed expired liquid milk dated 12/13/25. 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - Expired Foods (P) (b) Expired Foods. Prepackaged sandwiches, eggs, infant formula, shucked oysters, milk, and time/temperature control safety foods that are labeled as “keep refrigerated” and that are for sale or service to the consumer or used as an ingredient in other foods shall be immediately discarded and shall not be sold, served, or used after the manufacturer’s expiration date or the sell-by date. P PIC discarded.
Wiping cloths: properly used and stored — Inspector Note: Observed Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation (C) (m) Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation. 1. Cloths in-use for wiping food spills from tableware and carry-out containers that occur as food is being served shall be: (i) Maintained dry; and (ii) Used for no other purpose. PIC advised to leave napkins in a sanitizer buckets.

(a) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils. 1. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. PIC instructed to clean and maintain clean all the time.
