Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed current inspection report not displayed for public view in the food truck. Corrected on site - Manager provided inspection report for posting. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed leaks under holding tank of mobile unit and at rear water hose connection. Corrective action - PIC contacted repair person to service and repair plumbing on the vehicle. PIC advised he shall not use the mobile unit until repair is complete and inspector returns to verify that leak has been repaired as inspector unable to determine if clean or waste water being discharged to ground surface beneath the truck. System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; and maintained in good repair.
