Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed excess grease build-up on cooking equipment. Observed soil residue on and around handwashing and warewashing sinks and on soap and cleaning product containers. Corrective action - PIC advised to perform detailed cleaning on surfaces and containers throughout food truck. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
