CA-EHS advised to hang most previous health score

Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed no sanitizer being used in 3 comp sink. Also had no test strips or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions. CA: Advised pic to get sanitizer and utilize it and order test strips.

Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed several missing or broken ceiling tiles throughout kitchen, above prep table / prep top food. Floors, Walls, and Ceilings, Cleanability. Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. CA- Replace missing or broken ceiling tile within 10 days from today.
