Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed the facility not able to provide quats test strips to test the sanitizer concentration at the 3 compartment sink. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed dishes being sanitized in the 3rd compartment at 0ppm quats.
