Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed walk-in freezer with extensive ice buildup around the door and along the furthest walls and ceilings at the back of the freezer. CA: EHS advised PIC that all physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. PIC will have the management know to service the walk-in freezer as soon as possible.
