Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC cleaned and sanitized.

All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC moved boxes away from the source of leak. PIC will place a work order for maintenance.
