Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed no quat test strips in the facility to verify concentration of sanitizer at 3-compartment sink. Corrective action - PIC reported that SuperSource representative will provide test strips for warewashing equipment later in the week. Sanitizing Solutions, Testing Devices. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
