Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed in main kitchen a broken handwash sink so I was told employees were washing hands in vegetable prep sink. New handwash sink is being installed tomorrow (8/28/26) according to manager, and I advised them to only use their other handwash sink by the restrooms until new one is installed tomorrow. 511-6-1-.03(5)(d) - Where to wash (Pf) (d) Where to Wash.
