Thermometers provided and accurate — Inspector Note: Observed thermometer in the reach in cooler not providing accurate ambient temperature and no internal thermometer in the walk in cooler. Corrective action - PIC advised to purchase thermometers for each cooler to monitor and ensure proper ambient unit temperatures.
