Adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible — Inspector Note: Observed the handwashing sink did not have an operating soap dispenser and no paper towels. Pic replaced soap and paper towels and is advised to keep the hand sink stocked all the time. (a) Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed several TCS foods held at above 41F. When checked the ambient temperature of the cooler was at 43F. PIC turned down the cooler to make sure it will be below 41F. 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - Time/Temperature Control for Safety; Cold Holding (P) (f) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding.
