Unclean utensils can not be washed or stored in handwashing sink. CA: advised pic to remove utensil and place in proper sanitizing sink. COS

Utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled — Inspector Note: Equipment and/or utensils are not being air-dried or adequately drained after cleaning and sanitizing them before using them in contact with food. Observed wet stacking of pans. Pans need adequate air flow to properly dry. CA: advised PIC to separate pans so they can properly dry
