Food in good condition, safe, and unadulterated — Inspector Note: EHS observed 3 dented cans in the main kitchen’s can storage rack. e) Package Integrity. Food packages shall be in good condition and protect the integrity of the contents so that the food is not exposed to adulteration or potential contaminants. CA: EHS had the PIC remove the cans from the storage rack and store in an area where employees will not use the damaged cans.
