Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed rust on walk in cooler shelves. Observed the bottom of the raw shell egg reach in cooler with a raw egg spill. Manager immediately removed eggs and cleaned the surface. 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) (d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

Sewage and waste water properly disposed — Inspector Note: Observed front hand sink wastewater disposing onto the floor. The pipe and sink were observed to be disconnected. Manager repaired the pipe and water wastewater was properly disposed into the floor drain.
