Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display โ€” Inspector Note: Observed sneeze shields missing from the front serving counter. The sneeze sheilds must be installed by 4/20/26 to prevent potential contamination. Staff members are currently pre assembling multiple trays on top of the hot holding unit shelf. 511-6-1.04(4)(z) - Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination (C) (z) Miscellaneous Sources of Contamination. Item 16A Good Retail Practice

Hot and cold water available; adequate pressure โ€” Inspector Note: Observed the hot water not reaching 85 degrees at two hand sinks. Hot water was also not reaching 85 degrees in the restroom. The maximum temperature that was reached was 79 degrees f. PIC advised to use the sink located on the left side of the kitchen. The hot water reached 90 degrees in that particular sink. PIC will contact maintenance. PIC advised that new hot water heaters were installed. Also observed the water was a brown/yellowish color. PIC advised to run water until it turns clear. A follow up will be conducted on 9/30/25 to check the hot water.
