PIC removed and discarded the container of liquid eggs. 511-6-1.04(4)(r) - Food Storage, Prohibited Areas (C) (r) Food Storage, Prohibited Areas. Food may not be stored in the following areas: 1. Locker rooms; 2. Toilet rooms; 3. Dressing rooms; 4. Garbage rooms; 5. Mechanical rooms; 6. Under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips; 7. Under leaking water lines, including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads, or under lines on which water has condensed; 8. Under open stairwells; or 9. Under other sources of contamination.

Posted: Permit/Inspection/Choking Poster/Handwashing — Inspector Note: Observed an employee must wash hands sign not provided at the handsink in the men's restroom and ladies restroom. PIC will obtain signs for all handsinks by 05/27/26 511-6-1.07(3)(d) - Handwashing Signage (C) (d) Handwashing Signage. A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.
Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned — Inspector Note: Observed a trash can with a lid not provided in the restroom behind the front desk. PIC will obtain a trash can with a lid for sanitary napkins by 5/27/2026. 511-6-1.06(5)(h) - Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered (C) (h) Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered. A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
Toxic substances properly identified, stored, used — Inspector Note: Observed a chemical bottle not properly labeled. Also observed the chemical bottle stored above syrup on a push cart. The chemical bottle as also stored next to an employee drink. 511-6-1.07(6)(c) - Storage, Separation (P) (c) Storage, Separation. Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by: 1. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips — Inspector Note: Observed the three compartment sink not properly set up. CA- PIC will properly set up sink compartments to wash, rinse. and sanitize. PIC will not use the preparation sink for dirty dishes. PIC will use the drainboard on the left side for dirty dishes and shelving above the sink for clean dishes and air drying.
