Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed onions stored directly next to the mop sink. Observed opened bag of fine ground whole wheat stored in a damanged, large, white container that container cobb webs, dead spider, and debris. Manager advised that the product is no longer in use due to menu changes. Manager was advised to discard both food product and damanged container. Obsevred boxes of wrapped bread stored underneath a leaking pipe in the walk in cooler. Manager removed the box to a dry location in the cooler and was advised to remove the wrapped bread products out of the wet box.

Please discontinue using the soda fountain machine and put an 'OUT OF ORDER' sign on the drink machine. Have the water line replaced.
