Manager contacted a plumber during the inspection. Manager was advised that the backflow was an imminent health hazard and the facility needed to close until the backflow was resolved. Manager was also advised that once the floor drain was properly cleared and sewage was no longer backing up onto the floors, to contact the health department via phone or email ([REDACTED EMAIL]) to get approval for re-opening. Facility may not open until the health department gives approval.
