The ceiling tile must be replaced by 11/6/25. Observed a hole on the wall above the 3-compartment sink and a gap on the wall in the CO2 closet in the lobby, and a gap where the drink lines are running from in the closet. Observed build up on the floors underneath the shelves in the walk in cooler. Observed raw exposed wood above the 3-compartment sink. The wood must be sealed with a heavy0duty nonabsorbent paint. (Repeat)

Insects, rodents, and animals not present — Inspector Note: Observed rat droppings in the CO2 closet in the lobby. Observed the ceiling tile missing right in front of the closet. All holes in the CO2 closet must be sealed. Pest control must be contacted for treatment and the report must be emailed by 11/6/25 to [REDACTED EMAIL]. Please contact Walmart management to make them aware of the activity. Pest dropping (rodent/mice) was noticed behind the drink machine cabinet.
