Personal cleanliness — Inspector Note: Observed hair restraints not provided for the kitchen staff. Hair restraints must be provided by 11/14/25 to prevent potential physical contamination.
Food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used — Inspector Note: Observed hand sink without splash guards to stop water from splashing onto coffee machine hot water spout. A splash guard is also needed between the three compartment sink and hand sink in the bar area.
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed the waste water pipe leaking beneath the hand sink in the kitchen. The waste water pipe must be repaired by 11/14/25. Observed a faucet not provided on the three compartment sink. A faucet must be installed by 11/14/25 to properly fill sinks in order to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed quaternary ammonium sanitizer in the three compartment sink with a concentration of 50 ppm. CA- PIC remade the sanitizer resulting in the concentration being observed at 200 ppm.
