The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. 3. Also observed stagnant water throughout the facility. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed black accumulation on diffuser of drink machine at drive thru window and observed a black speck on ice in ice machine. Also observed food and grease accumulation on clean lids in dish storage area. Manager removed contaminated ice, started the cleaning process for the drink diffuser and nozzle, and placed lids to be properly cleaned and sanitized.

Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered: 1. Also observed build up and stains on ceiling tile in the lobby area. PIC will have the ceiling tiles replaced and checked for leaks.
