Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned — Inspector Note: Observed debris on the women's bathroom counter.
Physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean — Inspector Note: Observed excessive grease and food accumulation underneath the fryers. Observed standing water on the floor of the walk in cooler underneath the shelf that contained backed beans and pies.
Certified Food Protection Manager — Inspector Note: Observed food safety manager certification expired. PIC advised that he and the manager will be taking their certified food safety manager exam soon. PIC was advised to email a copy of their certification to [REDACTED EMAIL] when received.
Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized — Inspector Note: Observed black and brown build up on the interior surface of the soda nozzles.
Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display — Inspector Note: Observed two tall containers of fish breading flour stored without lid in the back storage area of the kitchen. Observed raw chicken stored uncovered in the walk in cooler with debris on the shelves above it.
Wiping cloths: properly used and stored — Inspector Note: Observed wiping cloth inside of chlorine sanitizing solution with a concentration of 0ppm. Manager corrected on site. New concentration was 50ppm.
In-use utensils: properly stored — Inspector Note: Observed scoop handles in direct contact with food with coleslaw and brown sugar. Manager was advised that all handles should be sticking up to prevent possible contamination.
Nonfood-contact surfaces clean — Inspector Note: Observed food debris on the walk in cooler shelves. Observed the exterior of clean dishes in need of cleaning.
Hot and cold water available; adequate pressure — Inspector Note: Observed no hot water in the main kitchen when inspection initially started. Manager stated that the water heater breaker switched off and then proceeded to switch it back on. Hot water was restored in the kitchen. Observed one of the faucets of the wash sink without any hot water. Manager explained that the faucet does not work and that they use a bucket to catch water from the other compartments to fill the wash sink. Manager will provide a repair invoice to [REDACTED EMAIL] no later than 1/5/2026 for the hot water faucet.
Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices — Inspector Note: Observed faucet leaking at the 3 compartment sink. Observed leak at the bottom of the meat and veggie sink.
Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, cleaned — Inspector Note: Observed urine in the toilet bowl and the hand dispenser in disrepair in the men's restroom. Observed the bottom exterior portion of the toilets in need of cleaning and a roll of toilet tissue stored directly on the trash bin in the women's restroom.

Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed multiple TCS food items in the prep top cooler in the main kitchen cold held above 41F (43F-45F). Manager was advised to place food items on ice for rapid cooling. Observed raw TCS food items in the lower reach in cooler in the main kitchen cold held above 45F. Manager was advised to discard all raw items and replace them with ones from the walk in cooler. Manager will send an invoice repair for the reach in/prep top cooler to [REDACTED EMAIL] no later than 1/5/2026.
