Proper cold holding temperatures — Inspector Note: Observed all TCS food items in the pizza prep cooler cold held above 41F. PIC discarded all items. The pizza prep cooler was also observed to not be able to cold hold items. PIC advised that he would contact someone to service their prep cooler.
